Filter Degreaser & Cleaner

How to Use Cartridge Filters:

• Turn off the filtration system.
• Remove the filter cartridge from the pool or spa filter.
• Rinse the filter element to remove any loose debris.
• Fill a container (bucket or bin) with enough water to submerge the cartridge.
• Add the entire 250g sachet of Vitalyse Filter Cleaner & Degreaser to the water.
• Submerge the filter cartridge into the solution and let it soak for 24 hours.
• After 24 hours, gently agitate the cartridge in the solution, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Reassemble the filter and resume normal pool operation.

Media Filters:

• Pre-mix the entire 250g sachet of Vitalyse Filter Cleaner & Degreaser in 10 liters of water.
• Open the pump lid and pour the pre-mixed solution into the pump’s hair and lint pot.
• Close the pump lid, then monitor the backwash sight glass. When the water appears white, indicating the media bed is fully saturated, immediately turn off the pump.
• Let the filter stand overnight.
• The next day, set the valve to backwash, open the pump inlet valve (if applicable), and run the pump to complete the backwash and rinse procedure.
• Once done, return to normal pool operation.

Storage & Disposal:

• Store in its original sachet in a cool, dry place. Ensure it is sealed tightly to maintain product integrity.
• Keep away from children and avoid storing in direct sunlight.
• For disposal, rinse the empty sachet in your pool water before discarding it with your regular household waste.
